Concierge clients are not usually the loudest people in crypto. They are business owners, retirees moving a chunk of a portfolio, and long-term holders who have decided that the part of this they hate is the logistics. They trade a few times a year, in amounts that make a mistake expensive, and they would rather text one person than start over with a support queue every time.

The common thread is not net worth. It is that the trade matters enough to want a name attached to it.

• Answers the phone. The same person, who already knows your setup, your wallet arrangement and the last trade you did.
• Quotes before you commit. You get the number in writing, with the fee stated, and time to think about it.
• Handles the mechanics. Wallet checks, test transfers on a first large send, wire coordination, and the paperwork done in advance rather than while you wait.
• Plans around your calendar. Appointments outside walk-in hours, a private room at either store, or a courier visit for trades that qualify.
• Says no when it matters. If a transfer looks wrong, or a wallet address does not verify, we stop and check. That has saved clients more money than any rate ever has.

There is no application. You call the desk, or book a time, and describe what you are trying to do — the amount, the direction, the timing, and anything about your situation that makes it awkward. That first conversation is usually twenty minutes and costs nothing.

If it is a fit, you are introduced to the trader who will handle your account, and you meet them in person at whichever store suits you before any money moves. Most clients do a deliberately small first trade to see how the process runs. We encourage that. Trusting a counterparty with a large amount on the strength of a phone call is exactly the habit we would rather you did not have.

From there it is a text message when you want to trade. The paperwork is already done, the wallet is already verified, and the quote comes back the same day.

One thing concierge service does not include is holding your coins. We do not run an exchange, we do not take deposits, and there is no account balance with your name on it. Every trade ends with the assets in a wallet you control, and we will happily spend an hour making sure you understand what controlling it means before you hold a large amount.
