Photo ID

A valid government-issued photo ID: driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Required on every trade.

A crypto wallet

Your coins go straight to a wallet you control. Don’t have one? We’ll set one up with you in store, free.

That’s it

Cash for walk-in trades up to $50,000 a day, or book the desk for wires and larger settlements.

Skip the line and book ahead

Appointments are only required for OTC desk trades and VIP service, but booking ahead gets you straight to a trader.
