The two counters split Northern California roughly along the Altamont. San Jose takes everything on the bay side; Stockton takes the valley and the Delta.

• San Jose — 28 N Almaden Ave Suite 50, downtown off CA-87, walk-ins Monday to Friday 11 am to 7 pm. Nearest counter for the South Bay and Peninsula, the East Bay down I-880, Santa Cruz and south county over CA-17, and San Francisco, about an hour on US-101 or a Caltrain ride to Diridon.
• Stockton — 616 W Hammer Ln Ste C, open since 2024, walk-ins Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. Nearest counter for the CA-99 corridor from Lodi to Merced, the Delta and Contra Costa, and the Sacramento region an hour up the road.

Both stores run the same services and the same limits. If you are roughly equidistant, pick on opening hours: Stockton opens earlier and trades on Saturdays.

Walk-ins are genuinely walk-ins, and most trades need no warning at all. Three situations are worth a phone call to (888) 811-2646 first.

• You are selling a large amount. Cash on hand is a real constraint. An hour’s notice usually turns a same-day sale into a same-hour one.
• You are buying above roughly $10,000. Not required, but it lets staff have the paperwork ready rather than done while you wait.
• You are trading something outside the majors. Thinner markets need a quote before you drive.

Anything above the daily cash limit runs through the OTC desk by appointment, and for trades that qualify a courier visit can come to you instead.

The San Jose store sits in the downtown core, so street parking is metered and the city garages on Market and San Pedro are the reliable option. Diridon Station is a short walk, which is the usual route for anyone coming down from the Peninsula or the city. Stockton has its own lot on Hammer Lane.

Both counters are staffed the whole time they are open. There is no queue system, no ticket, and no appointment tier that jumps you ahead for a walk-in trade.
