When is a kiosk the right choice?
For a quick, small buy, especially outside store hours, a kiosk near you is a convenient option. Read the receipt when you are done: California requires it to show the fee and the spread against a licensed exchange price.
When is the counter the right choice?
When you want a real person to do the trade with you: help setting up a wallet, selling for cash, or a larger trade. Every counter trade uses full ID verification.
Do I need ID at the counter?
Yes, a government photo ID on every trade. The Bitcoin Store is a registered Money Services Business, so identity verification is required.
Where are the counters?
